Overview

BG-C477 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA). It is being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, particularly lung and gastrointestinal cancers. The drug works by binding to CEA-expressing tumor cells and delivering a cytotoxic payload, thereby inhibiting tumor growth. BG-C477 is currently being evaluated in a multicenter, open-label Phase 1a/b clinical trial to assess its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumor activity both as monotherapy and in combination with other anticancer agents[1][3][4][7].
