Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BG-T0920 is an investigational trispecific T-cell engager (Tri-TCE) designed to simultaneously target CD3 on T-cells and both CD22 and BAFF-R (B-cell activating factor receptor) on B-cells. Developed by BeOne Medicines (formerly BeiGene), BG-T0920 is designed to bring T-cells into close proximity with malignant B-cells, facilitating T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical trial for the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and other aggressive B-cell malignancies.
