Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BG-T187 is a trispecific antibody developed by BeiGene for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including lung cancer and gastrointestinal neoplasms. It targets both the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and c-Met (hepatocyte growth factor receptor), functioning as an EGFR antagonist and c-Met inhibitor. The drug is designed to block EGFR signaling, inhibit c-Met activity, stimulate T lymphocytes, and induce antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity. As of early 2025, BG-T187 is in Phase 1 clinical trials as both monotherapy and in combination with other agents for patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors[1][2][3][4][5][6][8].
