Overview

BGB-15025 is a potent and highly selective small molecule inhibitor of hematopoietic progenitor kinase 1 (HPK1), a kinase that acts as a negative regulator of T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling and dendritic cell activation. By inhibiting HPK1, BGB-15025 aims to enhance immune cell activation and antitumor immunity. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), both as monotherapy and in combination with the anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody tislelizumab. Preclinical studies have shown preliminary antitumor effects, particularly when used in combination with immunotherapy agents[2][3][4][5][6].
