Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BGB-A3055 is an investigational, humanized, afucosylated IgG1 monoclonal antibody designed to target C-C motif chemokine receptor 8 (CCR8). CCR8 is highly and selectively expressed on immunosuppressive regulatory T cells (Tregs) within the tumor microenvironment. By binding to CCR8, BGB-A3055 blocks its interaction with the chemokine ligand CCL1 and induces potent antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) to selectively deplete intratumoral Tregs while sparing peripheral Tregs. Developed by BeOne Medicines (formerly BeiGene), BGB-A3055 has been evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials as a monotherapy and in combination with the anti-PD-1 antibody tislelizumab for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
