BGB-B2033

BGB-B2033 is a bispecific antibody designed to target both glypican-3 (GPC3) and 4-1BB (tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 9). It acts as a GPC3 inhibitor and a 4-1BB agonist, aiming to provide targeted immunotherapy for solid tumors. The drug is being developed by BeiGene Guangzhou Biologics Manufacturing Co. Ltd. Its primary indications include advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, endodermal sinus tumor, alpha-fetoprotein-producing gastric cancer, extragonadal yolk sac tumors, non-dysgerminomas, and GPC3-positive squamous non-small cell lung cancer. The mechanism of action involves direct inhibition of the tumor-associated antigen GPC3 and activation of the immune co-stimulatory receptor 4-1BB to enhance anti-tumor immune responses[1][7][9].
