Overview

BGB-B3227 is a bispecific antibody targeting MUC1 and CD16A, developed by BeiGene for the treatment of solid tumors, including lung, gastrointestinal, and breast cancers. It is designed to engage both tumor-associated MUC1 and immune cell CD16A to promote antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and stimulate T lymphocyte activity against cancer cells. The drug is currently in phase 1 clinical trials as both monotherapy and in combination with tislelizumab for advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
