Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BGB-C354 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting B7-H3 (also known as CD276), a member of the B7 family of immune checkpoint molecules that is overexpressed in various solid tumors. The drug is designed to deliver a cytotoxic payload directly to tumor cells expressing B7-H3, thereby inducing DNA damage and apoptosis. Preclinical studies have demonstrated robust antitumor activity, high drug-to-antibody ratio stability, and a strong bystander effect. Currently, BGB-C354 is being evaluated in a first-in-human Phase 1 clinical trial both as monotherapy and in combination with the anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody tislelizumab for patients with advanced solid tumors. The developer and manufacturer of this agent is BeiGene.
