Overview

BGB002 is a preclinical small molecule inhibitor developed by BerGenBio, with preclinical development support from Sygnature Discovery. It targets a novel, undisclosed protein that mediates aggressive, drug-resistant tumors, epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT), and cancer stem cell traits. The target was identified using BerGenBio's proprietary CellSelect RNAi® screening technology.
