Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BGB601 is a proprietary anti-AXL monoclonal antibody developed by BerGenBio. This antibody was out-licensed to ADC Therapeutics for the development of an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), ADCT-601 (mipasetamab uzoptirine), which aimed to target the AXL receptor for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. The development of ADCT-601 was ultimately discontinued in late 2022 after a Phase 1b trial did not demonstrate a favorable benefit-risk profile.
