Overview

BGS1933 is an investigational **small-molecule covalent inhibitor** developed by BridGene to selectively target the oncogenic **RhoA Y42C** mutant protein. It was identified from BridGene's proprietary covalent ligand library and chemoproteomic IMTAC platform as a mutant-selective binder of **RhoA Y42C**, a gain-of-function alteration reported as the most common RHOA mutation in diffuse gastric cancer. The program is being positioned as a **targeted antineoplastic therapy** for **diffuse gastric cancer**, particularly tumors associated with **CDH1 mutation or deletion** in which the RHOA Y42C oncogenic context is considered therapeutically relevant.
