BH-015 is a small molecule inhibitor of **Ubiquitin-specific protease 15 (USP15)**, a deubiquitinating enzyme (DUB) that plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including the TGF-β signaling pathway, DNA repair, and protein trafficking. By inhibiting USP15, BH-015 promotes the degradation of USP15 substrates, such as TGF-β receptor I (TβRI) and other oncogenic proteins, thereby suppressing tumor growth and progression.
