Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BH0012 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody developed by Beijing Hanmei Pharmaceutical (Beijing Hanmi Pharmaceutical) for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed to simultaneously target Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1) and CD47. By blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 axis, BH0012 aims to alleviate T-cell suppression, while its inhibition of the CD47-SIRPα interaction (the 'don't eat me' signal) enhances macrophage-mediated phagocytosis of tumor cells. This dual-targeting approach is intended to synergistically activate both the innate and adaptive immune systems against cancer.
