Overview
**BH006** is an investigational intravenous fixed-dose antiemetic combination developed by Zhuhai Beihai Biotech for prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. The injection combines **fosaprepitant**, an intravenous prodrug of the neurokinin 1 receptor antagonist aprepitant, with **palonosetron**, a long-acting serotonin 5-hydroxytryptamine 3 receptor antagonist. Its intended regimen has been studied against separately administered fosaprepitant and palonosetron in healthy-subject relative-bioavailability trials.
