Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BH0120 is a bispecific antibody developed by Beijing Hanmei Pharmaceutical (a subsidiary of Hanmi Pharmaceutical) for the treatment of solid tumors. It is engineered to simultaneously target Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1) and a second target identified in company literature as A-186. By binding to PD-L1, BH0120 aims to block the inhibitory PD-1/PD-L1 pathway, thereby enhancing the anti-tumor activity of T-cells. The dual-targeting nature of the antibody is intended to provide synergistic immune activation or localized modulation within the tumor microenvironment. As of 2022, BH0120 was in Phase 1 clinical development, with preliminary data presented at the ASCO Annual Meeting.
