BHB810 is a preclinical-stage T-cell engager (TCE) being developed by BigHat Biosciences for the treatment of various oncology indications. Developed using BigHat's AI-driven Milliner platform, which integrates machine learning with high-throughput characterization, BHB810 is designed to simultaneously bind to a tumor-associated antigen on cancer cells and the CD3 receptor on T cells. This dual binding facilitates the formation of an immunological synapse, leading to targeted T-cell activation and the subsequent lysis of the tumor cells. As of early 2024, the program is in the IND-enabling phase of development. While the specific tumor-associated antigen target has not been publicly disclosed, the therapeutic is part of a pipeline of next-generation antibody-based immunotherapies optimized for improved potency, safety, and developability.
