Overview

BHT002 (also known as BHT 002D) is a patent-pending human immune globulin biologic being developed by Bio-Hybrid Therapeutics. It is designed as a passive immune globulin therapy to treat and prevent allergic reactions and symptoms associated with specific protein allergens. By providing neutralizing antibodies, BHT002 aims to block allergen-triggered responses. The drug is currently being explored for the treatment of multiple allergic and inflammatory conditions, including atopic dermatitis (AD), anaphylaxis, rhinitis, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Bio-Hybrid Therapeutics positions this candidate as a pioneering approach to stopping atopic dermatitis.
