Overview

BHV-1100 is an investigational **antibody recruiting molecule** developed by Biohaven for **multiple myeloma**. It is described as a **synthetic bispecific therapeutic** that binds **CD38** on myeloma cells and engages endogenous **immunoglobulin** to recruit immune effector function, thereby promoting **natural killer cell-mediated antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity**. Biohaven has studied BHV-1100 in combination with **autologous cytokine induced memory-like natural killer cells**, immune globulin, and low-dose IL-2, particularly in the setting of patients with multiple myeloma undergoing autologous stem cell transplant. The program has been presented as a next-generation ARM platform asset and has been reported to have received orphan drug designation for multiple myeloma.
