BHV-1100 is an investigational **antibody recruiting molecule** developed by Biohaven for **multiple myeloma**. It is described as a **synthetic bispecific therapeutic** that binds **CD38** on myeloma cells and engages endogenous **immunoglobulin** to recruit immune effector function, thereby promoting **natural killer cell-mediated antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity**.
