Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BHV-1600 is a Molecular Targeting Chimera (MoDE) engineered to rapidly degrade pathogenic autoantibodies to the β1-adrenergic receptor (β1AR). It is primarily being developed for peripartum cardiomyopathy (PPCM), a rare form of heart failure occurring at the end of pregnancy or postpartum. BHV-1600 aims to alleviate β1AR+ heart failure by routing pathogenic antibodies to the liver for degradation.
