BI-1910

BI-1910 is a fully human monoclonal antibody that acts as an agonist of Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor 2 (TNFR2). Developed by BioInvent International, it is designed to stimulate the immune system to combat advanced solid tumors. TNFR2 is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily and is highly expressed on the surface of regulatory T cells (Tregs) within the tumor microenvironment, as well as on certain types of cancer cells. By binding to and activating TNFR2, BI-1910 aims to modulate the immune response, potentially by depleting immunosuppressive Tregs or by directly activating effector T cells and NK cells, thereby enhancing the body's anti-tumor activity. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials both as a monotherapy and in combination with checkpoint inhibitors like pembrolizumab.
