Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BI0107 ADC is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Protheragen for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The drug targets C-type lectin domain family 12 member A (CLEC12A), also known as CLL-1, which is a cell surface marker highly expressed on AML blasts and leukemic stem cells but absent on normal hematopoietic stem cells. By specifically binding to CLEC12A, BI0107 ADC is designed to deliver a potent cytotoxic payload directly into the malignant cells, thereby inducing apoptosis while minimizing damage to healthy bone marrow components.
