BI0109 ADC is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting V-set domain-containing T-cell activation inhibitor 1 (B7-H4), currently in the discovery phase of development by Protheragen. B7-H4 is a member of the B7 family of immune checkpoint molecules and is frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors, including breast, ovarian, and endometrial cancers, while exhibiting limited expression in normal tissues.
