Based on TCM principles of "softening hardness and dissipating clumps" and "promoting blood circulation to remove stasis," the formula typically includes ingredients such as *Carapax Trionycis* (turtle shell), *Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae* (Danshen), *Radix Astragali* (Huangqi), and *Hirudo* (Shuizhi). Clinical research suggests that BJRM may improve cognitive function, reduce the progression of white matter hyperintensities, and enhance microvascular integrity by modulating endothelial function and reducing neuroinflammation.
