Overview

Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria tablets is a probiotic drug formulation containing three live bacterial strains: *Bifidobacterium longum*, *Lactobacillus bulgaricus*, and *Streptococcus thermophilus*. It is primarily used to regulate intestinal flora and treat dysbiosis-related conditions such as diarrhea and constipation. In recent clinical research, it is being evaluated as an adjunctive therapy for cardiovascular and neurological conditions, including unstable angina pectoris and acute ischemic stroke. The drug's mechanism involves modulating the gut microbiota to reduce the production of pro-atherogenic metabolites like trimethylamine N-oxide (TMAO) via the gut-liver-heart axis. It is manufactured by companies such as Jincheng Haise Pharmaceutical in China.
