Overview

BIIB113 is an investigational small molecule drug developed by Biogen for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. It acts as a selective inhibitor of O-GlcNAcase (OGA), an enzyme involved in the removal of O-linked N-acetylglucosamine from proteins.
