Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Bile Vugillya (White Coal) is an enterosorbent dietary supplement developed and manufactured by Omnifarma Kiev. The product is primarily composed of highly dispersed silicon dioxide, often formulated in combination with microcrystalline cellulose. It functions as a non-selective physical adsorbent within the gastrointestinal tract, where its high surface area allows it to bind and facilitate the excretion of exogenous and endogenous toxins, food allergens, and pathogenic microorganisms. Unlike traditional activated charcoal, Bile Vugillya is a "white" sorbent that does not cause constipation and requires a significantly lower dosage to achieve therapeutic effects. It is widely used in Eastern Europe for the management of food poisoning, acute diarrhea, and allergic conditions.
