Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Bilin Granule (also known as Milin Granule or Milin Keli) is an approved traditional Chinese patent medicine (中成药) developed and manufactured by Guizhou Yibai Women's Pharmacy (a subsidiary of Guizhou Yibai Pharmaceutical). It is formulated as oral granules containing extracts of *Polygonum capitatum* (头花蓼), *Plantago asiatica* (车前草), *Oxalis corniculata* (酢浆草), and *Boenninghausenia albiflora* (石椒草). Bilin Granule is indicated for the treatment of urinary tract infections (UTIs) and stranguria (painful, difficult urination) associated with 'damp-heat accumulation' in traditional Chinese medicine. It exerts anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and diuretic effects to relieve symptoms such as painful urination, frequent urination, and urinary urgency.
