Overview
BinD-19 is an autologous T cell therapy developed by Shenzhen Binde Biotechnology. The therapy involves purifying T cells from a patient's peripheral blood mononuclear cells and transducing them with a lentiviral vector encoding a T cell receptor (TCR) and 4-1BB co-stimulatory domain. BinD-19 targets CD19, making it a CD19 modulator intended for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and lymphoma[1][2][3]. The approach leverages engineered TCR-T cells to recognize and attack malignant B cells expressing CD19.
