Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Bing Zhang An Fu Qingsong Patch is a topical analgesic and anti-inflammatory plaster developed and manufactured by Lingrui Pharmaceutical. It is a combination product containing menthol, camphor, eucalyptus oil, and the synthetic corticosteroid fluocinolone acetonide. The patch is indicated for the relief of musculoskeletal pain, including conditions such as joint pain, muscle aches, and inflammation. Menthol and camphor provide a cooling sensation and local analgesic effect by interacting with transient receptor potential (TRP) channels, specifically TRPM8, TRPV1, and TRPV3. Eucalyptus oil contributes additional anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Fluocinolone acetonide, a glucocorticoid, reduces local inflammation and swelling by activating the glucocorticoid receptor. This combination therapy is designed to provide both immediate symptomatic relief and longer-term reduction of inflammation at the site of application.
