Overview
BIO-106 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by BiOneCure Therapeutics for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It consists of a monoclonal antibody targeting TROP2, a cell surface glycoprotein overexpressed in many cancers, linked to a tubulin inhibitor payload. Upon binding to TROP2 on tumor cells, the ADC is internalized and releases its cytotoxic payload, which inhibits tubulin polymerization and disrupts microtubule function, leading to cell death. The drug leverages proprietary TAM payload technology for high drug loading and improved therapeutic window. BIO-106 is currently being evaluated in Phase I/II clinical trials as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab[1][2][3][4][5].
