Bio 5 is a multi-strain probiotic dietary supplement developed and marketed by União Química under its Genom division in Brazil. It is formulated as an oral powder supplied in 4g sachets, with each sachet containing 20 billion active cultures across five specific probiotic strains: Bifidobacterium lactis BI-04, Bifidobacterium lactis BI-07, Bifidobacterium lactis HN019, Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM, and Lactobacillus paracasei LPC-37. Bio 5 is designed to restore and maintain the healthy balance of both the intestinal and vaginal microbiota.
