Overview

BIO105 (also known as BIO-105) is an early-stage immune-stimulating antibody conjugate (ISAC) being developed by Boostimmune. It is designed to target and modulate immunosuppressive myeloid cells, specifically myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), within the tumor microenvironment to activate anti-tumor immune responses. BIO105 is currently in the discovery/preclinical stage of development for the treatment of neoplasms (cancer).
