Bioceltech CAR-NK cell therapy

Bioceltech Therapeutics Beijing is developing a Chimeric Antigen Receptor Natural Killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy for the treatment of solid tumors. This therapeutic approach involves the genetic modification of natural killer (NK) cells to express chimeric receptors that specifically target tumor-associated antigens, facilitating the direct lysis of malignant cells. CAR-NK therapies are being explored as a potentially safer and more accessible "off-the-shelf" alternative to CAR-T cell therapies, as they are less likely to induce severe cytokine release syndrome or graft-versus-host disease. This specific program is currently in the early stages of development within Bioceltech's oncology pipeline.
