BioChaperone Lispro

**BioChaperone Lispro** is an investigational ultra-rapid prandial formulation of recombinant insulin lispro developed by Adocia using its proprietary BioChaperone delivery technology. The formulation is designed to accelerate subcutaneous absorption of insulin lispro, thereby producing earlier insulin exposure and a faster glucose-lowering effect around meals than conventional insulin lispro products such as Humalog. It has been evaluated in type 1 and type 2 diabetes, including use with multiple daily injections and insulin pumps. BioChaperone Lispro is available in U100 and U200 strengths; Phase 3 studies conducted in China with Tonghua Dongbao have reported positive results in both type 1 and type 2 diabetes, while the program remains available for partnering in other territories.
