Overview

Biocurpain Force is a natural, multi-herb traditional medicine and dietary supplement developed and manufactured by SOHO Global Health (specifically through its subsidiary SOHO Industri Pharmasi) in Indonesia. It is formulated as a film-coated tablet containing a combination of 350 mg of Curcuma longa rhizoma extract (standardized as BCM-95) and 150 mg of Boswellia serrata extract (standardized as Bospure). Biocurpain Force is indicated for the relief of joint pain and inflammation associated with chronic osteoarthritis and arthritis. The supplement operates via a dual-action anti-inflammatory mechanism: curcumin from Curcuma longa inhibits cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and downregulates inflammatory cytokines, while boswellic acids from Boswellia serrata inhibit arachidonate 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX). This dual COX/LOX inhibition provides synergistic pain relief and cartilage protection with a favorable gastrointestinal safety profile compared to conventional non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
