Overview

Rosinsulin M Mix 30/70 (also known as Rosinsulin M 30/70) is an approved biphasic recombinant human insulin product developed and manufactured by the Russian pharmaceutical company Zavod Medsintez. It is a fixed-ratio combination of 30% short-acting soluble human insulin and 70% intermediate-acting isophane (NPH) human insulin. This formulation is designed to mimic the physiological insulin response by providing a rapid onset of action to manage mealtime glucose spikes and a prolonged duration of action to maintain basal glucose levels. The drug targets the insulin receptor to facilitate glucose uptake into peripheral tissues and inhibit hepatic glucose production. It is indicated for the treatment of diabetes mellitus and is available in vials, cartridges, and pre-filled injection pens at a concentration of 100 IU/ml.
