Biqi Capsule (痹祺胶囊) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) compound preparation used primarily for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and related musculoskeletal disorders. Its formula is based on classical TCM principles, combining ten herbal ingredients including processed Strychnos nux-vomica (马钱子粉), Pheretima aspergillum (地龙), Codonopsis pilosula (党参), Poria cocos (茯苓), Atractylodes macrocephala (白术), Ligusticum wallichii (川芎), Salvia miltiorrhiza (丹参), Panax notoginseng (三七), Achyranthes bidentata (牛膝), and Glycyrrhiza uralensis (甘草)[1][3][6][9].
