BiSKIT is a combination antibiotic and antifungal medication developed by Chicky Pharma Pvt. Ltd. for the syndromic management of vaginal discharge and infections. It contains three active ingredients: azithromycin (1000 mg), a macrolide antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis; fluconazole (150 mg), an antifungal agent; and secnidazole (2000 mg), a nitroimidazole antibiotic and antiprotozoal. This combination therapy is designed to treat a broad spectrum of pathogens simultaneously, including those responsible for bacterial vaginosis, vulvovaginal candidiasis, trichomoniasis, and mixed infections involving *Chlamydia trachomatis* and *Neisseria gonorrhoeae*. It is typically administered as a single-dose oral regimen.
