**Bismu-Jet** is a Brazilian fixed-dose topical oral suspension for adjunctive treatment of oral mucosal conditions, including aphthous ulcerations. It contains neomycin sulfate, bismuth sodium tartrate, and procaine hydrochloride. Neomycin provides local antibacterial activity through inhibition of bacterial protein synthesis; bismuth sodium tartrate is described in the product information as bactericidal; and procaine provides local anesthetic analgesia at the inflamed oral site. The marketed presentation is a 20 mL dropper bottle containing 25 mg/mL neomycin sulfate, 25 mg/mL bismuth sodium tartrate, and 15 mg/mL procaine hydrochloride, for topical application in the mouth.
