**BiTE-EV** is an investigational, mesenchymal-stem-cell-derived extracellular-vesicle immunotherapy for relapsed or refractory acute B-cell lymphoblastic leukemia. The product consists of extracellular vesicles displaying a bispecific T-cell engager directed against CD3 on T cells and CD19 on malignant B-lineage cells, with the intended effect of recruiting and activating cytotoxic T cells against CD19-positive leukemia cells.
