Overview

Boston Immune Technologies & Therapeutics (BITT) is developing a monoclonal antibody antagonist targeting CD27 for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Developed using the company's proprietary DOMab platform, this antibody is designed to inhibit the CD27-CD70 co-stimulatory pathway, which is critical for the activation and differentiation of T and B cells. Unlike CD27 agonists used in oncology to stimulate immune responses, this antagonist aims to dampen aberrant immune activity characteristic of inflammatory conditions. The program is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
