Overview

BITT311 is a proprietary monoclonal antibody trap (TrapMAb) targeting CD40, a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily. Developed by Boston Immune Technologies and Therapeutics (BITT) in collaboration with Otsuka Pharmaceutical, BITT311 is designed to modulate T-dependent B-cell responses, which are central to the pathogenesis of various autoimmune and inflammatory disorders. The TrapMAb platform utilizes a unique binding architecture to effectively neutralize the target. BITT311 is currently in the IND-enabling phase of development for the treatment of autoimmunity and inflammation.
