**BK1901** is an investigational DTPa-IPV combination booster vaccine developed by The Research Foundation for Microbial Diseases of Osaka University for booster immunization against pertussis, diphtheria, tetanus, and poliomyelitis. It is designed to induce protective active immunity against *Bordetella pertussis*, *Corynebacterium diphtheriae*, *Clostridium tetani*, and poliovirus. The BIKEN pipeline lists BK1901 in Phase 2, and the Japanese clinical-trial registry identifies a Phase 2 booster study in healthy Japanese children.
