BL-4020

BL-4020 is an orally bioavailable, small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) designed to target the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR). It is specifically engineered as a next-generation inhibitor to overcome resistance mechanisms in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly the T790M gatekeeper mutation and the C797S mutation that often arises following treatment with third-generation TKIs like osimertinib. By potently inhibiting these mutant forms while sparing wild-type EGFR, BL-4020 aims to provide a therapeutic option for patients who have progressed on current standard-of-care therapies.
