BL-4030 is an investigational, first-in-class trispecific antibody developed by Sichuan Baili Pharmaceutical (Baili-Tianyu) and its subsidiary SystImmune. It is designed to simultaneously target three key pathways involved in tumor growth and angiogenesis: the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3), and vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A). By binding to these three targets, BL-4030 aims to provide a synergistic therapeutic effect, inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and survival while also suppressing the formation of new blood vessels that support tumor growth. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, particularly those that have become resistant to standard therapies.
