Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BL-ARC001 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Biokin Pharmaceutical (Sichuan Baili Pharmaceutical) using its proprietary HIRE-ARC platform. While the specific binding targets remain undisclosed, the molecule is designed to deliver a cytotoxic payload to tumor cells by targeting two distinct antigens simultaneously. It is currently in early development for the treatment of various solid tumors, including lung cancer, breast cancer, head and neck cancer, and gastrointestinal tumors. The HIRE-ARC platform is intended to produce next-generation ADCs with reduced toxicity and enhanced efficacy.
