BL-B01D1 + lenvatinib

BL-B01D1 + lenvatinib is an investigational combination therapy comprising BL-B01D1, a first-in-class bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting both EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) and HER3 (human epidermal growth factor receptor 3), and lenvatinib, an approved multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor. BL-B01D1 works by simultaneously binding to EGFR and HER3 on tumor cells, blocking proliferative and survival signaling, and delivering a cytotoxic payload upon internalization to induce cancer cell death. Lenvatinib inhibits multiple receptor tyrosine kinases involved in tumor angiogenesis and progression, including VEGFR, FGFR, PDGFRα, RET, and KIT.
