BL-M08D1

BL-M08D1 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Trop-2 (tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2), developed for the treatment of various cancers including solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. The drug is designed to deliver a cytotoxic payload directly to Trop-2 expressing tumor cells, thereby enhancing antitumor activity while limiting systemic toxicity. It is currently in phase 1 clinical trials for patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors as well as relapsed or refractory lymphoid malignancies. The ADC utilizes a technology platform shared with other ADCs from the same developer and is administered intravenously[1][2][7].
