BL-M14D1 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Sichuan Baili Pharmaceutical for the treatment of solid tumors, including small cell lung cancer and neuroendocrine tumors. The drug is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials in China, where it is being evaluated for safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with locally advanced or metastatic disease. The ADC utilizes a cleavable cathepsin-sensitive linker to deliver the Ed-04 topoisomerase I inhibitor payload to tumor cells. While the precise antibody target has not been formally disclosed by the developer, some sources suggest Delta-like protein 3 (DLL3) as a potential target; however, this remains unconfirmed. Administration is via intravenous infusion.
