Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BLD1102 is a proprietary antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) linker-payload platform developed by Biocytogen Pharmaceuticals. It consists of BCPT02, a novel DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor payload with broad-spectrum tumor-killing ability, coupled with a uniquely designed highly hydrophilic protease-cleavable linker. While not a standalone drug, the BLD1102 platform is used to generate various bispecific ADCs (such as BCG022, BCG019, and BCG033) targeting combinations of tumor antigens like HER3, MET, EGFR, and TROP2. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that the platform exhibits excellent hydrophilicity, high plasma stability, and efficient intratumoral payload release, leading to potent tumor-killing efficacy in models of non-small cell lung cancer, gastric cancer, and triple-negative breast cancer.
